Lemon Reamer (about $4)

The lemon reamer is an old-fashioned, no-frills gadget that effectively and easily extracts the juice from citrus. Anyone who has attempted to squeeze seemingly juiceless citrus, will no doubt be dazzled by the lemon reamer. Just cut the citrus in half, press the reamer into the fruit, twist your wrist back and forth and...presto! Every last drop is now at your disposal. The lemon reamer is a very handy tool, indeed, and at only $4 for the classic wooden reamer (right) at Cooking.com, there is no excuse for not possessing it.

shown: classic wooden reamer, about $4, or evil-looking metal and rubber reamer, about $8.50 at Cooking.com.
