It's a
no-brainer!
At first, we cringed at the thought of sucking the head. In fact,
it took running into some fellow Austinites and watching them doing
it fearlessly before we gave it a try.
It turns out we were worried for nothing. You don't
end up with a mouth full of crawfish brains, just the spicy brew
the crawfish was boiled in. So plant your lips around the head and
suck!
