How to Peel and Eat Crawfish

Pinch the base of the shell and pull out the tail meat. It
will look like a little tiny lobster tail. Gobble it up!

There are two
schools on removing the tail meat.
Vince illustrates the hand method, but many folks like to remove
the tail meat orally. Try both methods to find your favorite.
Place the exposed tail meat in between your teeth and the tip of
the tail in-between you thumb and fingers. As you pull the meat
from the shell, give it a good suck. This should release the crawfish
meat from the shell and bullet it right into your mouth.
