Spinach Salad with Goat Cheese, Mushrooms and Shallots in a Balsamic Reduction

Baked Macaroni and Brie

Sweetheart Sundaes

 

TIMELINE

Up to 2 days ahead (or early in the day)
prepare olives; refrigerate, tightly covered, until ready to bake
prepare brownies

1 hour ahead
prepare macaroni and cheese;top, but don't bake
make chocolate sauce

30 minutes ahead
prepare mushroom and shallots reduction

20 minutes ahead
bake Rebecca's olives
assemble salads

Serve appetizer and salad while macaroni and cheese bakes.

Before serving appetizer
bake macaroni and cheese

After dinner
assemble and serve sundaes
