Last year on Valentine's Day, I made dinner for my
boyfriend. The recipes I picked involved a lot of chopping
and prep time. I ended up cooking all day long and barely
had time to pretty up before my date. This year I chose
some recipes that could be made well in advance. The
recipes that needed to be made the day of, required
little prep work allowing you time to relax. Valentine's
Day should be an enjoyable day for you as well!
This will make twice as much pate and chocolate mousse
as you will need for two people. If you don't want to
be tempted to gobble up the leftovers, try having a
friend make one recipe and you the other, then each
take half!
