The I Love Elvis Cookbook
Elizabeth Wolf-Cohen
80 pages; Amazon.com: $9.98

What can I say? The I Love Elvis Cookbook rocks! Whether you're a die-hard Elvis fan or you just love Southern cooking, The I Love Elvis Cookbook serves up a little something for everyone.

Most of the recipes are pretty sinful. Lots of cream, butter and bacon. Oh, yes Elvis loved bacon on just about everything, including his famous Peanut Butter and Banana Sandwich. But if that combo sounds a little suspicious, there are dozens of traditional Southern standards sure to pacify the most kingly appetite. Meatloaf, Chicken Fried Steak and possibly the best cornbread in the whole wide world!

But it's more than just a medley of recipes. The I Love Elvis Cookbook also contains a history of Elvis’ life (both culinary and otherwise), trivia and heaps of memorabilia photos. And, there's a picture of every single recipe! Hooray! A fabulous gift for the Elvis enthusiast. And, at $10 a crack, it’s hard to go wrong.
