Lime Crema

Lima Crema is a quick and easy way to jazz up ordinary sour cream!

1 cup sour cream
1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
1 tsp. grated lime peel, minced
1 Tbsp. cilantro, finely chopped.

Whisk ingredients in a small bowl until smooth. Top of desired dish in dollops or, if you're feeling fancy, use a piping bag.
