Chipotle Mayonnaise

A
spicy take on a traditional condiment.
1/4 cup mayo
1 large clove garlic,
minced
lime juice (from
half a lime)
1 tsp. chipotle powder
a dash of salt
and pepper
Whisk
all ingredients in a bowl until well combined. Store
in an airtight container in the the refrigerator for
up to a week.

Tips &
Variations
This recipe is very versatile. Don't like bell peppers?
Double the onions or substitute with celery, corn or
relish.
If you're feelin' fancy, simply substitute salmon for
tuna. Sorry Charlie!
