Chipotle Mayonnaise

A
spicy take on a traditional condiment.
1/4 cup mayo
1 large clove garlic,
minced
lime juice (from
half a lime)
1 tsp. chipotle powder
a dash of salt
and pepper
Whisk
all ingredients in a bowl until well combined. Store
in an airtight container in the the refrigerator for
up to a week.
