Parc Hardy, Breaux Bridge, Louisiana, about 10 miles east
of Lafayette.
Admission:
$5/day or $10 for all 3 days.
Incidentals:
Crawfish-based foods range from $3 for a crawfish pistolette
to $8 for a big tray (about 1 1/2 pounds) of boiled crawfish.
$2 - $4 for standard carnival fare (corndogs, funnel cakes,
etc.). $1 - $2 for beer, water, and soda; $5 for frozen cocktails.

Attractions:
Zydeco Music, crawfish-based food, cooking and eating contests,
crawfish races, dancing, carnival, parade, arts and crafts.
Special Considerations:
Hotels fill up early. Make reservations well in advance. You
may be required to send a room deposit.
Music:
Zydeco, an accordion-based musical genre, is the music of
choice at the festival. Zydeco, swamp bop, and other traditional
and new Louisiana music plays night and day on three different
stages during the entire Crawfish Festival.
