Out of the Frying Pan

Mudslide Frozen

8 ice cubes
2-3 small scoops
vanilla ice cream
1 oz.
vodka
1 oz.
Baileys Irish Cream
1 oz.
Kahlúa
1 oz.
chocolate syrup
whipped cream (optional)
chocolate jimmies (optional)

  1. Crush the ice cubes in a blender. Add ice cream, vodka, Baileys Irish Cream, Kahlúa and chocolate syrup. (Use 2 scoops of ice cream for a thinner drink and 3 scoops for a thicker one.) Blend until smooth. Pour into a chilled glass. Freeze for 5-10 minutes to thicken, if desired. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate jimmies if desired.

    Makes 1 serving.
