2 oz. bourbon
5-6 mint leaves
1/2 oz. simple
syrup
Place mint leaves and sugar syrup in a Collins glass.
Mash with the back of a spoon. Add 1 oz. of bourbon. Fill
with crushed ice. Add remaining bourbon. Stir. Garnish with
a mint leaf
Makes 1 drink.
