Eggnog
2 egg yolks
2 Tbsp. sugar
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup half and half
chilled rum (optional)
nutmeg (optional)
Pour egg yolks, sugar, milk, half and half and rum, if desired, into a blender cup. Blend on high speed until ingredients are well combined and frothy, about 45 seconds. Pour into punch cups. Garnish with nutmeg, if desired.
Serves 2.
