Cocktail
Sauce is so quicky and easy to make, there is no excuse
for buy the prepackaged variety. It is a zesty accompaniment
to shrimp cocktails, fried fish or freshly shucked oysters.
1 cup ketchup
1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. mild chili powder
such as ancho or pasilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 dashes of Tabasco
sauce
Combine
all ingredients thoroughly. Cover and chill until ready
to serve.
