Venison Fajitas

Venison
Fajitas are fast, delicious and surprisingly low in
fat.
1 lb. venison backstrap, cut into strips
1 cup onion, julienned
1 cup bell peppers, julienned
cooking spray
fajita seasoning
tortillas
suggested garnishes:
Lime Crema or
sour cream
Pico de Gallo or
diced tomatoes
grated cheese
guacamole
Coat
a skillet with cooking spray. Cook backstrap, onions,
bell peppers and seasoning over medium heat for 7-8
minutes or until backstrap is cooked through. Wrap in
warm tortillas and garnish as desired.
