This is a wonderful sparkling
wine from southern France sporting a delicate acidity, hints
of citrus fruit and apples.

Colosi ($10)
We consider this one of Sicily's best new wines. It's medium-bodied
with ripe, bright cherry notes mingled with
hints of mild dried herbs.
Barossa Nova Shiraz ($11)

This lively Shiraz boasts
loads of raspberry and vanilla flavors. The velvety finish
lingers and lingers.

It shows delicate acidity laced with slight sweetness. It

This unoaked white has racy acidity, distinct
lime notes and a slight grassiness that is typical of this

New Mexico. It's rich, toasty and full of ripe pear and apple
flavors.
